Holiday Break

 

Though our shop will remain open for orders, all orders placed on or after Decembers 24th will ship the week of January 4th. Please email info@madebytesi.com if you need your order by a specific date. 

 

Shipping: 

Before checking out your order please ensure your full address, including apartment number, is correct. An additional shipping fee may apply if the order is returned to sender due to incorrect shipping address.


Orders may take up to 7 business days for processing and will ship through USPS First Class Mail. Buyers will receive an automated email with shipping and tracking information once generated. Typical shipping times are 2-5 business days but you may experience COVID-19-related delays. 


International shipping:

At this time we do not widely offer international  shipping but please contact us at info@madebytesi.com for a shipping quote if interested. 


Refunds & Exchanges:

All sales are final but we will happily replace products that were lost or damaged during shipping. Please contact us at info@madebytesi.com for any questions regarding your order.

 

Local Pickup:

Orders for local pickup may take up to 3 business days for processing at which time we will contact you to schedule a pickup day and time.
